The wait is over for Oak Run members! The new clubhouse is open to the public.
The new building boasts 8,5oo square feet of space, which is more than twice the size of the previous clubhouse and includes the Watering Hole bar/restaurant and Pro Shop. The larger kitchen and dining areas provide guests with improved service and expanded menu options. In addition, the facility will be able to host events such as community events, golf outings, and private parties.
The clubhouse has been designed to conform to its rustic surroundings by using timber framing, stone, barn wood, and steel. Guests are greeted by a grand entrance with a vaulted, knotty pine ceiling and large stone fireplace. Patrons will be able to relax on the large rear patio while enjoying golf course views.
A soft opening was held for some property owners the weekend of February 4 with positive results. Beginning on Thursday, February 9, 2017, Watering Hole hours are:
Thursdays, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Fridays and Saturdays, 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Sundays, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
